We purchased a Proline stainless range hood for our kitchen. It looks great and vents so much better than our old hood. It arrived well packed, on time -- ready to be installed. Purchase a hood from proline in 2010 it is a great looking hood and has exceeded my expectations in quality. Although our range hood was back ordered, which we understood when we placed the order, Proline made every effort to remain in communication as to its shipment date.Further, when the range hood became available while we were on vacation, Proline delayed shipment until our return. Clearly, excellent customer service was provided. This service combined with our wonderful range hood has left us highly satisfied with our on-line buying experience with the company.

I purchased my Proline range hood a couple of years ago and it has performed great. There has never been a problem with the hood. Shipping was free and it arrived on time and undamaged. The hood was protected during shipping by styrofoam packing and protective film covering on the stainless steel. Customer service is great. Phone call was answered quickly and emails were responded to promptly. I would buy from them again.

I cook a lot of Chinese food using a flat bottom wok on our 30" free standing electric range. After researching for a while I discovered the Proline Range Hoods; I was impressed with their product selection, detailed specifications and the fact that some of their top of the line range hoods are made in the USA. After some deliberation I settled on just replacing the existing cheap range hood with a proline model. Unboxing the unit was very rewarding as the weight, look and feel exposed the high quality of the product, the close to $ 400 I paid for the unit was a good investment. Working with Proline before and after my purchase was a very pleasant experience. I will buy from them again and have referred them to several friends and family.
